The Cameras and Tickets live chat service is monitored Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 15.00 excluding bank holidays. If for any reason our Live Web Chat service is not available, you can find solutions to common issues on our portal or if you require further non-emergency assistance please call 101. In an emergency always call 999. We cannot provide any updates on incidents or ongoing crimes directly over this chat facility.

When to call 101:

The 101 Live Web Chat service is operated by Bedfordshire Police and can only deal with enquiries relating to the force area. We will not be able to assist with anything outside of this area.
